Fish Finger Burgers

Ingredients

4 hamburger buns
12 crumbed fish fingers
1 iceberg lettuce
fried onions
tartare sauce (or mayonnaise)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fish fingers.
  2. Toast the buns in the oven for around 2 min. at 200°C, 390°F or gas 6.
  3. Fill with fish fingers, fried onions, salad and tartare sauce.
  4. Goes well with a side of fried potatoes and onions.
