Fusilli with Gorgonzola and Fennel

Ingredients

400 g fusilli pasta
1/2 fennel bulb
1 clove of garlic
50 g pine nuts
250 g Gorgonzola
25 g Parmesan
1 cup crème fraîche
salt and pepper
dill to garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the fennel, cut off the dried pieces, remove the stalks, cut through sideways and remove the inner stalks, cut the rest into pieces and set aside.
  2. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan.
  3. Add Gorgonzola cubes and crème fraîche.
  4. Stir well and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook the pasta and mix with the sauce, fennel and Parmesan.
  6. Garnish with dill.
