Haslet with Fried Egg and Potatoes

Ingredients

boiled potatoes
1 onion
50 g bacon cubes
2 slices of haslet
2 eggs
oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Fry the sliced potatoes, onion and bacon in a pan with oil.
  3. Add haslet and fry on each side.
  4. Set aside the potatoes and haslet.
  5. Fry the eggs.
  6. Serve the eggs sunny side up on the haslet and potatoes.
