Mince and Cheese Tacos

Ingredients

8 taco shells
500 g beef mince
100 g soured cream
2 tbs crème fraîche
1 tsp lime juice
salt and pepper
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
3 tbs olive oil
1 red pepper
1/2 iceberg lettuce
100 g cheese
4 tbs tomato purée

Instructions

  1. Mix the soured cream, crème fraîche and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dice the onions and red pepper, cut the lettuce into fine strips, grate the cheese.
  3. Sweat the onions in oil in a pan with the crushed garlic.
  4. Add beef mince and cook.
  5. Add tomato purée, red pepper and cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Warm the tacos and fill with all ingredients.
