Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients

2 handfuls of lettuce
1 onion
4 large white button mushrooms
1 tbs olive oil
500 g beef mince
4 slices of cheese
salt, pepper, onion powder
mustard
4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce.
  2. Finely dice the onion.
  3. Wash and slice the mushrooms.
  4. Sauté the onion in a pan with oil and then add the mushrooms and cook.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add seasonings to the mince, knead and shape into patties.
  7. Cook in a pan or on a barbecue.
  8. Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and allow to melt a little.
  9. Toast the hamburger buns and spread with mustard.
  10. Fill each bun with the lettuce, a patty, cheese and mushrooms.
