Tortellini with Tomato and Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients

400 g tortellini
2 tomatoes
250 ml cream (1 cup)
150 g Gorgonzola
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tbs oil
oregano
basil
Parmesan
salt
pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, Gorgonzola and onion, and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Fry the onion and garlic in a pan with oil.
  4. Add cream and reduce a little.
  5. Add Gorgonzola and melt.
  6. Add tomatoes.
  7. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the pasta with the sauce, basil and Parmesan.
