Squid Rings

Ingredients

500 g squid tubes, ready to cook
1 kg chip fat
70 g flour
2 tbs salt
2 tbs white pepper
2 tbs paprika
1 bunch of parsley
1 lemon
mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Wash the squid and pat dry.
  2. Cut into rings 1/2 cm wide.
  3. Preheat the chip fryer to 180°C.
  4. Mix the flour with salt, pepper and paprika.
  5. Coat the squid rings in the flour and fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Serve with parsley, lemon and mayonnaise.
